Provision of Suitable Space for Installation of Telecom BTS Tower (5G) at GIK Institute Campus Swabi

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) located at Topi, District Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable, licensed Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Telecom Infrastructure Companies registered with relevant tax authorities. The procurement is for the provision of suitable space for the installation of a Telecom Base Transceiver Station (BTS) Tower (5G) to ensure improved network coverage, high-speed connectivity, and uninterrupted communication services within the GIK Institute campus. Items being procured: - Suitable space for installation of Telecom BTS Tower (5G) The technical scope includes providing a secure and accessible site within the GIK Institute campus for erecting the 5G BTS tower. The site must support the infrastructure requirements for optimal network performance and comply with all regulatory and safety standards. The project is located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and requires coordination with the Institute’s administration for site access and maintenance. Eligible bidders must be licensed Mobile Network Operators or Telecom Infrastructure Companies with valid registration with tax authorities. Experience in installation and maintenance of telecom towers and infrastructure is essential. Bidders should submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- along with sealed proposals containing all required documents. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2020, at 11:00 AM. Proposals must reach the Deputy Director Procurement, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi by 1430 hours on July 28, 2020. Proposals will be opened at 1500 hours the same day. Only shortlisted agencies will be invited to submit financial proposals. The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without providing reasons.
