Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for Rehabilitation of 46 Nos 11KV Feeders Lot Wise

The Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for Rehabilitation of 46 Nos 11KV Feeders Lot Wise in Multan city and surrounding circles. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 10 Nos. Feeders of Rahim Yar Khan Circle - Lot-II: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 9 Nos. Feeders of Khanewal Circle - Lot-III: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 7 Nos. Feeders of Sahiwal Circle and 1 No. Feeder of Vehari Circle - Lot-IV: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 6 Nos. Feeders of Multan Circle and 4 Nos. Feeders of Muzaffargarh Circle - Lot-V: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 6 Nos. Feeders of Bahawalnagar Circle and 3 Nos. Feeders of Bahawalpur Circle The scope includes civil works related to rehabilitation of feeders under the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) funded by the World Bank. Bidders must comply with the World Bank Procurement Regulations dated November 2020. Eligible bidders can obtain further information from the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO Multan during office hours 0800 to 1600 Hrs. Bidding documents are available for free download at www.mepco.com.pk. Bidders opting to download must inform MEPCO in writing at the address or email cedev.mepco@gmail.com. Hard copies can be collected or couriered for Rs. 2000/- for domestic delivery. Bids must be delivered to the specified address (see No.10) on or before 11 a.m. on 24-09-2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 11 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least PKR 1 Million for each lot. Additionally, bidders must submit a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring disclosure of the successful bidder's beneficial ownership using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form included in the bidding documents.
