Installation of Water Supply Line 6" Dia in Various UCs of TMC Qasimabad & TMC Hussainabad (Phase-1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of water supply line 6" diameter in various union councils of TMC Qasimabad and TMC Hussainabad under Phase-1. The procurement is conducted under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of water supply line 6" diameter in various UCs of TMC Qasimabad & TMC Hussainabad (Phase-1) The scope includes excavation, laying and fixing of HDPE pipes, fittings, refilling, and related civil works as per technical specifications. The project requires contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, and proven experience with at least two similar completed and ongoing projects. Submission of bank statements and affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation status is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (E-PADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Deposit Fund HMC, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded with the bid, and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
