Hiring Services for Inter-Godown Shuffling and Shifting of Bagged Cargo at TCP Pipri Godowns

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., (Real Estate Operation Division) Karachi invites bids for hiring services for inter-godown shuffling and shifting of bagged cargo at TCP's Pipri Godowns located in Bin Qasim Town, Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure efficient handling and transportation of approximately 2,160,000 bags of sugar (50 Kg each) within the godown premises and between godowns. Items being procured: - Shuffling and shifting of 2,160,000 bags - Inter-godown transportation of 2,160,000 bags - Collection of sweeping, filling of bags, and stitching of 108,000 bags The scope includes provision of labor for shifting cargo, operation of 24/7 lighting equipment such as generators and floodlights at contractor's cost to maintain uninterrupted day and night operations, and strict prohibition on the use of hooks during handling. The minimum shuffling speed capacity must be 20,000 bags per 24 hours. The contractor is responsible for sweeping spilled sugar, refilling it into bags, weighing, and securely stitching them with provided packing material. Stitching machines and all accessories must be supplied by the contractor. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a minimum of five years' experience in handling bagged cargo, valid Sindh Sales Tax Registration, FBR registration, and an affidavit declaring no blacklisting by any government or autonomous body. A bid security of Rs. 500,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the closing time.
