Tender for Internal and External Electric, Water Supply and Sui Gas Works and Miscellaneous Facilities at Islamabad and Lahore by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with all credentials for prequalification of firms and contractors for issuance of tenders for various works under CMES (Navy) Islamabad/Lahore. The works include Internal Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad, External Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at the same zones, and miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad and Lahore. Items being procured: - Internal Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad - External Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad - Miscellaneous works and facilities at Lahore The scope covers electrical, water supply, and gas installations along with various miscellaneous facility works at the specified zones and cities. Firms enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher or with other government departments having relevant experience may apply. Applicants must provide detailed information including a list of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026 is mandatory. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) Islamabad/Lahore office at Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued to pre-qualified firms. Tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 19 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors may witness the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under PPRA rules. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to ensure complete documentation and timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money and CDR requirements should be confirmed at the time of document collection.
