Construction of Internal Roads and Sewerage System in Sector 5C, Housing Project, Hyderabad

The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of internal roads and sewerage system in Sector 5C of the Housing Project, Hyderabad. All works must comply with the relevant SPPRA and HDA standards. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category CE09 and valid for the current financial year are eligible to participate. Bidders must also be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Earnest Money of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 873,700) must be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR along with the bid. The last date for submission of bids is 25 October 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Housing Project Construction Division-I, HDA, Hyderabad.
