Provision of Internet Connectivity and Data VPN Connection for Punjab Forensic Science Authority Head Office and 08 Divisional Headquarters

The Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA) invites bids under a single stage two envelope basis on E.Procurement from sales tax, income tax & PRA registered firms for the provision of Internet Connectivity and data VPN Connection services. This procurement is specifically for the PFSA Head Office located in Lahore and its 08 Divisional Headquarters. Items being procured: - Internet Connectivity - Data VPN Connection The scope includes establishing reliable and secure internet and VPN connections to support forensic science laboratory operations across multiple locations. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E.Procurement portal and comply with all technical and financial proposal requirements as per the tender documents. The tender documents are available online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Eligibility criteria include valid sales tax, income tax, and PRA registration. Bidders should ensure timely submission of proposals on the E.Procurement portal by 30th September 2026, no later than 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. In case the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
