325-UPS Management Services for BPAS/BDS Machine UPS Installed SBP BSC Field Offices, State Bank of Pakistan

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites bids for comprehensive 325-UPS Management Services for BPAS/BDS Machine UPS installed at various SBP BSC Field Offices across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Quetta. This procurement covers a three-year Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance and technical support of UPS systems including Schneider Easy UPS 80kVA and ABB 200kVA models with associated battery banks and switchgear components. Items being procured: - Services for 06X 80KVA UPS (Easy UPS 3M) - Schneider Electric with battery Banks 12V 9AH (with parts) for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year - Services for 04X 200KVA UPS (Easy UPS 3M) - ABB with battery Banks (with parts) for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement, restoration, reinstallation, upgrade of software/firmware, and reconfiguration of failed or deteriorated hardware and software components to ensure continuous and reliable operation. The supplier must be an OEM authorized representative or have arrangements with OEM-authorized representatives for timely maintenance at no additional cost. The SLA requires 24x7x365 OEM-backed service support with guaranteed response and recovery times based on incident severity levels. The supplier will maintain logs of all activities and provide quarterly reports. Batteries will be supplied by the contractor but their cost will be borne by the Bank. Eligibility criteria include OEM certification, experience with similar UPS systems, OEM-trained technical resources, financial capability, and presence in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with FBR and active taxpayers. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **October 8, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract duration is 36 months with possible extension. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required.
