Tender Description
Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible internet service providers (ISPs) registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of Internet Connectivity Services along with Static IPs and wireless link on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) basis for one year, with a possible extension up to three years. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations.

The scope includes provision of reliable internet connectivity and static IP addresses to support PVTC's operational needs at their Lahore office. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and service quality standards as per the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC (if applicable), FBR, and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid security of Rs. 60,000/- is required, payable digitally through any bank in favor of Vocational Training Council. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) to submit encrypted electronic bids.
Key dates include submission deadline on 25 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the deadline falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-Procurement portal instructions for generating PSID and submitting bids. PVTC will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid preparation or submission.
