Procurement of Avaya Server, Software Licenses, IP Phones, Media Gateway, Media Module and PABX Service

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the procurement of Avaya communication infrastructure components and related services. This procurement is aimed at upgrading the existing Avaya PABX infrastructure to support the Avaya Aura 10 software release and ensure future scalability and reliability of the communication platform. Items being procured: - Two (02) enterprise-grade 2U rack servers with specified high-performance hardware and virtualization capabilities - One hundred fifty (150) Avaya Aura R10 Core Suite software licenses with one-year upgrade and support entitlement - One hundred fifty (150) Avaya J139 IP or equivalent phones compatible with Avaya Aura R10 - One (01) Avaya G450 MP160 Media Gateway or equivalent with modular chassis and media processor technology - One (01) Avaya MM710B E1/T1 Media Module or equivalent compatible with the G450 Media Gateway - Twelve (12) months comprehensive PABX maintenance and support services including OEM back-to-back support The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, and warranty/support of all hardware and software components. The vendor must ensure full compatibility with Avaya Aura 10 and provide OEM authorization and technical support for a minimum of five years. The maintenance contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance, software updates, and 24/7 technical support with defined turnaround times. Eligibility requires vendors to be authorized Avaya OEM partners with proven experience in similar deployments. Bidders must provide earnest money as per PSO requirements and comply with all technical and commercial terms outlined in the tender documents.
