Supply of additional in-use core based license under enterprise agreement for Microsoft SQL standard database edition for DLP

SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Karachi invites electronic bids from registered bidders on EPADS 1.0 for the supply of additional in-use core based licenses under enterprise agreement for Microsoft SQL standard database edition for DLP. This procurement is under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2026. Items being procured: - SQL Server Standard Edition (2 x 2 Cores Pack/Total 4 cores license) perpetual license with software assurance validity till Dec 2028 under existing enterprise agreement The scope includes supply, installation, configuration, and activation of the licenses with software assurance. The licenses must be perpetual and valid till December 2028. Bidders must be OEM or authorized partners/distributors of Microsoft SQL Server Standard Edition. The delivery and installation must be completed within 2 weeks from the date of Letter of Award. Technical compliance and eligibility criteria are strictly enforced including NTN registration, ATL status, and financial turnover requirements. Bid security of PKR 50,000/- is mandatory and must be submitted physically and uploaded on EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS only by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated compliant bidder. The contract includes a 5% performance guarantee and liquidated damages for delay in license renewal or service provision.
