Tender Description
The competent authority of Services Hospital Lahore invites E-bids from eligible firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision of Internet Services with a bandwidth of 300 MBPS, allocated as 200 MBPS for Services Hospital and 100 MBPS for SIMS, for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for Lahore and aims to ensure reliable and high-speed internet connectivity to support hospital operations and SIMS activities.

- Internet Services 300 MBPS (200 MBPS for Services Hospital + 100 MBPS for SIMS)
The procurement process will be conducted entirely through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and bidders must be registered on this platform to participate. The technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) instructions and submitted electronically by 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, submission of bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost electronically, and compliance with PPRA rules. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipts, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will be accepted. Bidders must also attend the tender opening at the Office of AMS (Purchase), Room #10, Admin Block (Basement), Services Hospital, Jail Road, Lahore.
