Procurement of Inverter AC Repair, LED Ceiling Lights Installation, Ceiling and Roof Repair, Designing Work, and Miscellaneous Rental Items

The National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) in Haripur invites sealed bids from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for a variety of repair, installation, designing, and miscellaneous rental works to be delivered at Peshawar (Police Lines). Items being procured: - Inverter AC Invertor (1.5 Ton) Repair / Services charges (Qty: 2) - Ceiling Ceiling Lights 2x2 LED backlit ceiling panel light 48w and blue strip lights with installation (Qty: 1) - Ceiling New ceiling and roof repair (Qty: 1) - Designing work including Logo and poster designing, floor vinyl, NRTC/KP Police logo etc (Qty: 1) - Miscellaneous work including main structure/misc items for rent backdrop, wooden structure, paint finish reception area bar stools, paint finish installation and dismantling at site (Qty: 1) The tender process will be conducted through EPADS 2.0 Version on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis. The supplier must be an active taxpayer with FBR registration. A bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of NRTC Haripur is required and must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0. Prices must be quoted in PKR. Standard warranty applies and bid validity is 90 days. Bids must reach the office by 2nd November 2026 at 1100 hours. Opening of bids will be at 1130 hours on the same day. Delivery location is Peshawar (Police Lines). A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security document is scanned clearly and uploaded correctly on EPADS 2.0 to avoid disqualification.
