Tender Description
Port Qasim Electric Power Company (Private) Limited invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the comprehensive maintenance project of the sports arena at the 2 × 660MW coal-fired power plant in Port Qasim, Karachi. The project scope includes:
- Roof maintenance system
- Repair of PVC sports adhesive flooring system
- Projection and original lighting system repair
- Ventilation and cooling system equipment and installation
- House repair
The bidder must have independent legal status in Pakistan with an active bank account and no prior suspension. Qualification certificates required include business license, project manager certificate, Quality Management System certification, Environmental Management System certification, Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, and construction enterprise qualification certificate. Experience in at least three similar projects such as building renovation, construction projects, industrial plants, or other venues is mandatory.
Procurement documents can be obtained free of charge before October 31, 2026, at office building 306 of Port Qasim Electric Power Company by presenting an authorization or company introduction letter and ID. Electronic versions of the documents are available upon request via email after submitting authorization and ID.
The deadline for submission of response documents is November 9, 2026, at 10:00 am. Submissions must be delivered to Port Qasim Electric Power Company (Private) Limited, EIZ/LL/SP-14, opposite Engro Polymer, Port Qasim, Karachi. Late or improperly sealed submissions will be rejected.
