Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IP Based CCTV Cameras System at State Life Building Larkana

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Real Estate Department Hyderabad is procuring a comprehensive IP based CCTV cameras system for the State Life Building located in Larkana, Sindh. This tender covers the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a modern surveillance system including 4 MP IP cameras, 16 channel NVRs with 6TB SATA hard disks, Vivanco or equivalent cabling, 8 port TP LINK or equivalent network switches, and 32 inch branded LED monitors with 4K Ultra HD resolution and USB, HDMI, and WIFI support. The project aims to enhance security infrastructure at the State Life Building with reliable and high-quality equipment. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, possess at least five years of relevant experience, and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity. Submission of a bid security of PKR 20,000 in the form of pay order or banker's cheque in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is mandatory. The tender follows a single stage single envelope procedure with bids to be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 06-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security and signed tender documents must be presented before the closing time to avoid disqualification. The contract includes a 30-day completion period with a 24-month defect liability period. Liquidated damages of PKR 4,000 per day apply for delays beyond the stipulated time, capped at 10% of the contract value. Payment will be made in two stages with 5% retention money deducted and released after successful completion of the defect liability period.
