Construction of Irrigation Channels in Tribal Sub Division Darazinda Dera Ismail Khan

The Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division South Waziristan Lower, invites bids from eligible contractors for the construction of irrigation channels in the Tribal Sub Division Darazinda, Dera Ismail Khan. Items being procured: - Construction of Irrigation Channel at VC Shaikh Mela Tor Khel, NC Darazinda Khar War, VC Mughal Kot Hashu Khel Wam, VC Parwara Pari Khel Wam, VC Landi No: 2 Khali Zai, VC Behran Wali Khel Wam, VC Ragha Sar Sezal Wam, VC Tijri Lal Khel Wam, VC Lower Khayali Wam, VC Zor Shar Bakht Wam in TSD Darazinda (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 440,000, Required PEC Category: CE-04) The technical scope includes the construction of new irrigation channels across multiple village councils, ensuring robust water flow and improved irrigation for local agriculture. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category CE-04 and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. All firms must submit a 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) along with their bids. A non-refundable bidding entry fee at 0.03 percent of the estimated cost is also required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 01.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will take place the same day at 11:30 AM. All relevant documents, including the bid security and supporting details, must be uploaded through the EPADS portal. No bank cheques or pay orders will be accepted.
