IT Equipment and Related Accessories for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites E-Bids from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities for the procurement of IT equipment and related accessories. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) at https://cp.punjab.gov.pk by the deadline of 21st September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of bids are not required. Items being procured: - IT Equipment and Related Accessories (detailed list attached with bidding documents) The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with FBR and sales tax registration requirements. The validity of bids must be 180 days from the date of opening.
