Headquarters Special Communications Organization Qasim Road Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of various IT and communication related stores. Items being procured: - Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Satellite Terminal Spares - Ae / UG OFC - Laptops - MBVS (Multi Biometric Verification System) Devices - IPv4 Address Block - IT Equipment / Spares Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Ordinance Branch of Headquarters Special Communications Organization on any working day upon provision of a non-refundable Pay Order of Rs. 2000 in favor of National Bank of Pakistan. The tender must be submitted along with sealed brochures or samples by the due date at 1000 hours. The Technical Proposal will be opened on the same date at 1030 hours, followed by the Financial Bid opening in the presence of bidders' representatives after evaluation of the Technical Proposal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time without assigning reasons. Tender documents are also available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
