Supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous Consumable and Computer Items to Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Islamabad invites sealed bids for the supply of stationery, miscellaneous consumable items, and computer items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the Ministry located on the 8th Floor, New Secretariat (Kohsar Block), Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stationery - Miscellaneous consumable items - Computer items Bidders are required to submit their bids online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by the deadline of 26th October 2026 at 11:00 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours on EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Firms must deposit a refundable earnest money amounting to Rs. 400,000/- in the form of a bank draft favoring the Section Officer (General), Ministry of IT & Telecommunication. Only well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax, GST, and Vendor Number in the AGPR are eligible to participate. Samples of items must be provided, duly stamped and signed. The Ministry reserves the right to blacklist, debar, or confiscate earnest money for violations of PPRA Rules 2026 or non-compliance after issuance of supply orders. The Ministry also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2026. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS; manual bids will not be entertained as per Procurement Regulation SRO 296(I)/2023 dated 27.02.2023. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification. Earnest money in the form of a bank draft must be ready in advance to meet submission requirements.
