Procurement of Janitorial and Cleaning Services

The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) is inviting sealed bids from Income Tax and GST registered firms or companies with proven experience in providing janitorial and cleaning services to government departments and private organizations. This procurement is specifically for the city of Rawalpindi under the jurisdiction of RDA. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services - Cleaning Services The scope of work includes comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across various government facilities managed by RDA. The contract requires firms to have adequate manpower, cleaning equipment, and materials to deliver high-quality services consistently. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and GST and should demonstrate sufficient experience in similar contracts. Submission of 2% bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Rawalpindi Development Authority is mandatory. The bidding process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate Technical and Financial proposals. Sealed bids must be submitted by 28th July 2026 at 09:30 AM at the office of Rawalpindi Development Authority. The financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM. Bidders are also required to submit an electronic copy of their bids through the prescribed online e-procurement portal before the closing date and time.
