Tender Description
This tender invites bids for janitorial and gardening services at PCSIR Laboratories Complex located on Jamrud Road, Peshawar. Issued by the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR), this opportunity focuses on cleaning and maintenance services to ensure a hygienic and well-kept environment within the facility. The contract covers sweeping, mopping, dusting, garbage collection, and garden maintenance for offices, common areas, washrooms, lawns, and other premises.
The scope includes daily cleaning of floors, walls, windows, and sanitary fittings, along with weekly disinfectant spraying in toilets and urinals. The contractor will provide uniformed, physically fit staff aged 18-45, ensuring 100% attendance. PCSIR will supply branded cleaning materials and equipment. The site in Peshawar demands consistent upkeep to maintain operational standards and a safe environment for staff and visitors.
Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and be active taxpayers.
