Janitorial Services for Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) at Lahore

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) invites bids for comprehensive Janitorial Services at multiple locations in Lahore, Punjab. The services are required at Customs House, Lahore, State Warehouse TNB-I & TNB-II, and State Warehouse Katar Band Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services including 1 Supervisor, 8 Janitors (with at least 1 female janitor for female facility wings), 2 Mali/Gardeners, and 1 Electrician at Customs House, Lahore - 4 Janitors allocated as 2 persons each permanently assigned to State Warehouse TNB-I and TNB-II - 2 Janitors assigned permanently to State Warehouse Katar Band Road, Lahore The scope includes daily cleaning and disinfection of sanitation blocks, sweeping and dust removal of floors and corridors, waste management with provision and maintenance of dustbins, and supply of consumables such as hand wash, air fresheners, phenyl, and mop holders. Horticulture services include lawn maintenance, flower bed upkeep, hedge trimming, and watering. Electrical support involves lighting maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. Eligibility requires active FBR registration with at least eight years of market presence, valid tax certificates, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and compliance with federal minimum wage requirements.
