Tender Description
Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) Karachi invites bids for comprehensive janitorial services across multiple campuses including Jinnah Campus Karachi, I&CS Gulberg site Karachi, Gulshan e Iqbal Campus Karachi, and CEMET Sukkur Campus. The contract is initially for one year with possible extension up to three years based on performance. The scope includes deployment of janitorial staff, supervisors, and supply of all necessary cleaning materials, equipment, and chemicals to maintain cleanliness standards.
The service requires staff trained in janitorial tasks, safety protocols, and handling cleaning chemicals. Supervisors will manage daily rosters and ensure quality control. The contract mandates strict compliance with government labor laws, timely attendance, and provision of uniforms. The bidder must have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 35 million, relevant experience, and meet all mandatory eligibility criteria. Bids will be evaluated on technical and financial criteria under a single stage two envelope procedure.
