Sweeping of Roads, Streets and Cleaning of Open Surface Drains and Sewerage Lines (Wards 01-02), Town Committee Dighri, 6 Months Outsourcing 2026-2027

Town Committee Dighri invites sealed tenders for the sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 01-02 for a period of six months, from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. This procurement is part of the ongoing sanitation outsourcing initiative to improve municipal cleanliness and public health standards in Dighri. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads and streets in Wards 01-02, Town Committee Dighri (6 months) - Cleaning of open surface drains in Wards 01-02 (6 months) - Cleaning of sewerage lines in Wards 01-02 (6 months) - Provision of 10 sanitary workers (Jharo & Nali) - Provision of 4 sanitary workers for sewerage lines - Management cost and all applicable taxes for the contract period The technical scope covers comprehensive daily cleaning and sweeping operations, including the deployment of skilled sanitary staff, proper disposal of collected waste, and maintenance of open drains and sewerage lines. The contractor must ensure uninterrupted services throughout the contract duration, with all staff provided as per the estimated requirement. The work is to be executed within the jurisdiction of Town Committee Dighri, and the contractor is responsible for all logistics, supervision, and compliance with municipal standards. Eligibility criteria include registration in the Waste Management sector, a valid license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste (updated till 2026), SRB registration under Waste Management code 9852, 0000, and NTN with up-to-date tax returns (2025). Firms must have at least five years of relevant experience, a maintained company website, and a record of 50 completed outsourcing contracts. Membership in the Global Waste Cleaning Network (GWCW) and submission of 2025 audit reports are mandatory. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of pay order or bank draft. The tender fee is Rs. 1000 (non-refundable). Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the Office of the Town Committee Dighri by 01:00 pm on 26-08-2026. The same day, bids will be opened. In case of a public holiday, the next working day applies.
