Provision of Janitorial Services at Various EOBI Properties in Lahore

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit e-bids for the provision of janitorial services at various EOBI properties situated in Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of Janitorial Services at various EOBI Properties in Lahore The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across multiple EOBI properties in Lahore. Bidders must ensure high standards of service delivery, using appropriate materials and trained personnel to meet the institution's requirements. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with SECP or as sole proprietors, hold valid NTN and sales tax registration with FBR, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) at the time of bid submission. A mandatory bid security of PKR 250,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee is required. Bidders must also submit an original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting by any government or autonomous body.
