Security Guards Services at State Life Buildings Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana & Benazirabad Plot

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLICP) invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD) under the Single Stage Two Envelope system for Security Guards Services at multiple State Life buildings and a plot in Sindh province. The locations include State Life Buildings #02 and #03 in Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana, and a plot at Benazirabad (Nawabshah). Items being procured: - Security Guards Services at State Life Building #02 Hyderabad - Security Guards Services at State Life Building #03 Hyderabad - Security Guards Services at Mirpurkhas - Security Guards Services at Sukkur - Security Guards Services at Larkana - Security Guards Services at Plot in Benazirabad (Nawabshah) The scope covers provision of professional security guard services to ensure safety and security of State Life properties at the specified locations. Bidders must be registered on EPAD and have an active Taxpayers List status with FBR or SRB as applicable. A bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required in the form of original bid security (hard copy). Bids submitted without the original bid security will be rejected. The bidding documents must be prepared as per instructions and submitted on EPADS by 20-10-2026 up to 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of the committee and bidders' representatives. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. State Life reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to the Public Procurement Rules.
