Janitorial Services and Generator Operator at Office of the Accountant General KP Peshawar

The Office of the Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar invites electronic bids via the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from well-reputed firms registered with the Tax Department for janitorial services and a generator operator. The scope includes daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping of all rooms and premises, disinfecting toilets, wash basins, taps, glass mirrors, walls, floors, and sinks, cleaning partitions and waste paper baskets, and waste disposal. Weekly tasks include glass fixture cleaning, detailed bathroom cleaning with suitable chemicals, light fixture cleaning, cobweb removal, blinds dusting, and false ceiling cleaning. Items being procured: - Janitorial services for 17 janitors and 1 supervisor - Generator operator services for 1 operator The premises are located at Fort Road Peshawar Cantt with 6 floors, 27 bathrooms, and require 19 total staff including supervisors. The successful bidder must comply with minimum wage laws, submit bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/Bankers Cheque/Cashier Cheque in favor of Accountant General KP, and be registered with FBR and on the Active Tax Payers List. Cleaning materials are the contractor's responsibility but must be approved by the caretaker. The generator operator must be skilled in operating and maintaining heavy-duty generators 24/7, including daily cleaning and monitoring of oil, coolant, battery voltage, fuel levels, and load parameters. Bids must be submitted electronically and a hard copy with bid security must be delivered before the closing date. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned promptly.
