Annual Contract for Servicing & Maintenance of Seven Passenger Lifts at State Life Buildings 1-B, 1-C, 3 and 9 Karachi

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (Real Estate Division) invites bids for the Annual Contract for Servicing & Maintenance of Seven (07) Passenger Lifts installed at State Life Buildings No. 1-B, 1-C, 3 and 9, Karachi. This contract covers monthly servicing and maintenance of elevators to ensure their smooth and safe operation throughout the year. Items being procured: - Servicing & Maintenance of 2 Passenger Elevators at State Life Building No. 1-B, 1-C Karachi - Servicing & Maintenance of 1 Passenger Elevator at State Life Building No. 3 Karachi - Servicing & Maintenance of 4 Passenger Elevators at State Life Building No. 9 Karachi The scope includes cleaning of control panels, gear machine units, adjustment of brakes, checking gear oil levels, inspection of main traction ropes, speed governors, safety switches, induction plates, greasing guides, door locks, landing doors, elevator cars, and push button boxes. The contractor is responsible for attending complaints without extra cost. Consumables like oil and grease will be borne by the contractor, while replacement or repair costs of parts will be borne by the employer. Service cards must be maintained and signed after each servicing. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 3 years of relevant experience, valid FBR and SST registrations, and no blacklisting from any government or autonomous body. The contract period is one year with a bid security of PKR 30,000. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 16th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract will commence within 7 days of award. Payment will be made monthly upon submission of verified invoices and performance reports. A liquidated damage clause of 0.1% to 10% of contract value applies for unsatisfactory performance.
