Provision of Janitorial Services for SNGPL Transmission Headquarters Faisalabad

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the provision of Janitorial Services at its Transmission Headquarters located on Main Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. This contract is for a period of one year, extendable by mutual consent, and requires the deployment of janitorial staff including supervisors and sweepers across office buildings, executive and subordinate colonies, store offices, and compression offices. The scope of work includes daily cleaning, swabbing, mopping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning toilets and ablution areas, dusting, waxing marble floors, garbage collection and disposal, and maintaining hygiene in mosque areas with Muslim janitors. The contractor must provide uniforms, shoes, and necessary janitorial materials as per the detailed schedule. Supervisors must have suitable educational background and mobile phones. The janitorial staff must be medically fit and aged between 18 to 57 years, with supervisors aged 25 to 57 years. Eligibility criteria require firms to have at least three years of experience providing janitorial services to government departments, semi-government organizations, multinational companies, or large-scale companies preferably at multistoried office buildings. Firms must be registered with FBR/ATL and provide all required documentation including valid registration certificates, bank statements, and undertakings on non-judicial stamp paper. Technical bids will be evaluated on a 70% passing mark basis, and only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. The tender closing date is **20th May 2026 at 1100 hours**. Bids must be submitted in duplicate with separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial bids, clearly marked and enclosed in an outer envelope addressed to the Senior Admin Officer (T) at SNGPL Transmission Headquarters, Faisalabad. Late submissions, bids via fax, email, or telex will not be accepted. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Bond amounting to Rs. 550,000/- is mandatory. Performance Bond of 10% of the total annual contract value excluding PST will be required from the successful bidder.
