Tender Description
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Lahore invites bids for the supply of Lab Tools & Equipment and Miscellaneous Equipment for the Government Weaving & Finishing Institute (GW&FI) Shahdara Lahore. The procurement is under a single-stage two-envelope procedure with bidding from bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement system and active taxpayers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
Items being procured:
- Lab Tools & Equipment (Estimated Amount Rs. 3,690,450)
- Miscellaneous Equipment (Estimated Amount Rs. 10,110,000)
Bidders must submit encrypted bids on the Punjab e-procurement portal by 04-November-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid security amounts are Rs. 73,809 for Lab Tools & Equipment and Rs. 202,200 for Miscellaneous Equipment. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and TEVTA website. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft must be submitted physically before the closing date and time. Only accountable taxes as per Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates will be considered. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the e-bid on Punjab e-procurement portal well before the deadline.
Eligibility includes being registered with FBR, having NTN, and submitting earnest money as specified. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected.
