Labor Work for Re-filling Wheat Bags at Karachi Food Godowns Karachi Region 2026-27

The Regional Directorate of Food Karachi Region invites interested bidders to participate in the tender for labor work services at Karachi Food Godowns for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is for the re-filling of approximately 2,000,000 bags (200,000 metric tons) of wheat grains stored in Jute and PP bags across all PRCs/Godowns of Karachi Region. The labor work includes re-filling wheat in Polythene Bags and Jute Bags, stitching including required materials, and stacking at all Karachi Region godowns. Items being procured: - Labor work for re-filling wheat in Polythene Bags, stitching and stacking - Labor work for re-filling wheat in Jute Bags, stitching and stacking The scope covers all PRCs/Godowns of Karachi Region. Bidders must quote rates per bag. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders must submit original bid security of Rs. 1,000,000/- and tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- separately via call deposit, pay order, or demand draft in the name of Deputy Director Food Karachi Region. Submission is electronic via the SPPRA EPADS portal and physical documents must reach the Deputy Director Food Karachi Region office at Sindh Govt. Godown No. 03, Landhi, Zafar Town Karachi before the deadline. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and/or SRB for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Services Tax, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Firms must provide legal documents including NTN, SST certificates, registration certificates, bank statements showing average turnover of at least Rs. 25 million over the last three years, and three years of relevant experience with government departments. Bid security and performance security conditions apply. Bidders already working with the Food Department must provide No Dues and satisfactory performance certificates.
