Supply of Laboratory and Blood Bank Consumables for Financial Year 2026-2027

Hamza Foundation Welfare Hospital & Blood Service, Peshawar, invites sealed quotations from registered suppliers for the supply of laboratory and blood bank consumables for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is open to all eligible vendors who are active taxpayers and registered with KPPRA, Income Tax, and Sales Tax authorities. The items required are critical for the smooth functioning of the blood bank and laboratory services at the hospital. Items being procured: - Blood bag mixing and JMS panel - Blood chemistry machine (Mindray CL-900i) and ECLIA (PPA style blood bank chemistry) - Rapid ICT strips/device - Hematology analyser (Sysmex XP-100, 3 part Hematology Analyser) - Gel card cross match - Blood group antisera set (A, B, D) - Serum cup (glass tube, droppers 3ml) - EDTA tube (plan tube) - Tab-Deferasirox 500mg - Sample collection items All items must be supplied as per the specifications mentioned in the notice. Only those suppliers whose products are registered with the relevant authority and who can provide Sole Distributor/Authorization letters will be considered. A 2% call deposit is mandatory with each bid. Bids must be submitted by hand; no courier submissions will be accepted. The deadline for submission is 09 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, and the bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of Hamza Foundation, 33-F, Doshakhwan Khan Chitral Road, Opposite Radio Pakistan, University Road, Peshawar. Suppliers must ensure that they are not blacklisted by any institution and that all items are original and not substandard. For a successful bid, ensure all documentation is complete and the earnest money is attached.
