Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is procuring Landscape and Horticulture Maintenance Services through a Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule-36(b) of PPRA. This tender invites bids from contractors or firms registered with PPRA on EPADS, holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License with Category C-4 and above, and code CE(10)(v). Additionally, bidders must have valid NTN and GST registration with FBR.
The scope of work includes comprehensive landscape and horticulture maintenance services across CDA-managed sites in Islamabad. The contract requires skilled execution of horticultural care, landscaping upkeep, and related maintenance activities to ensure the aesthetic and environmental standards of public spaces. The project is divided into two packages with respective earnest money deposits and bid closing times.
Eligible bidders must be PEC-registered with the specified category, have FBR registration, and demonstrate relevant experience in similar maintenance contracts.
