Tender Description
The Virtual University of Pakistan, Islamabad, is procuring laptops and mobile phones under the DigiSkills Training Project 3.0. This procurement specifically targets high-end laptops, MacBook Pro models, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and Xiaomi Redmi A3 smartphones to support the digital training initiative. The items will be delivered to the DigiSkills Training Project Office located at the Virtual University Campus, 5-KM Raiwind Road, Lahore.
The technical scope includes detailed specifications for each item. Laptops must feature Intel Core Ultra 7 processors, 16 GB memory, 512 GB SSD storage, OLED displays, and comprehensive on-site replacement warranty. The MacBook Pro requires a 14.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display, M4 chip, 16 GB unified memory, and 512 GB SSD. The iPhone 17 Pro Max must be PTA approved with advanced camera and chipset features. The Xiaomi Redmi A3 should have a 6.7-inch display, 4 GB memory, 64 GB storage, and Android 14 or higher. All items require a one-year comprehensive on-site warranty including service and support with parts.
Eligibility criteria demand that bidders have operational offices in Lahore and Islamabad or Karachi for timely after-sales service. Bidders must be authorized partners of the quoted brands with at least 10 years of establishment. Registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and submission of NTN and GST certificates are mandatory. Earnest Money of Rs. 200,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 must be submitted. The bid validity is three months from the opening date.
