Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Barber Services for FY-26-27

The Prime Minister's Office (Internal) Islamabad invites electronic bids from well reputed service providers based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Barber Services for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Tax Payer's List (ATL). Items being procured: - Laundry services - Dry cleaning services - Barber services The contract requires provision of these services to the Prime Minister's Office (Internal) premises in Islamabad. Bidders should ensure compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/. Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 will be accepted; manual bids are not allowed. A refundable bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Draft in favor of the DDO, Prime Minister's Office (Internal), Islamabad must be attached with the electronic bid along with an affidavit for non-blacklisting and non-litigation. The original documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the R & I Section, Gate No. 2, PM's Office (Internal) before the closing time. Successful bidders will also be required to submit a refundable performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the DDO, Prime Minister's Office (Internal), Islamabad. The closing date for submission of e-bids is 10th November 2026 till 1000 hours, with opening at 1030 hours the same day.
