Provision of Laundry Service for FY 2026-27 at Aiwan-e-Sadr Islamabad

The service provider must maintain high standards of quality and timely delivery within 4 weeks after issuance of the work order. The laundry service will be performed at Aiwan-e-Sadr Islamabad, utilizing commercial and domestic washing machines, dryers, steam presses, and other related equipment as listed in the tender document. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers with valid NTN, GST registration, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Bidders should have relevant experience and provide a complete checklist of documents including financial soundness certificates, power of attorney, and samples if required. The deadline for submission of bids is as published on the PPRA website and newspapers, with financial bids opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in person or by registered mail to the President's Secretariat (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad.
