Laying of C.C Paver Block at Block C Main Bazar to Khadim Goth Street Near House of Peer Bux Soomro Market and Surrounding Streets

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites bids for the providing and laying of C.C Paver Blocks at Block C Main Bazar to Khadim Goth Street near House of Peer Bux Soomro Market, Faqeer Shah, Meer Muhammad Rind up to State Bank Wall & Qari Masood, Rabi Burki up to State Wall & Madina Masjid Street near House of Deen Muhammad Shar, Rizwan Burki at UC-5 Khadim Hussain Solangi Goth. This work is part of the development projects under the B&R Department for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The technical scope includes excavation, earthwork, carriage of materials, providing and laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, kerb stone fixing, manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers, and shifting and fixing damaged manhole slabs. The project duration is 12 months with an estimated cost of **PKR 9,713,223**. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category, have valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and professional tax. Experience of at least five years with similar works is required, including at least one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA e-procurement portal by 10:30 AM on **29-06-2026**. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth. The bids will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Superintendent Engineer, TMC Sohrab Goth, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
