Laying of C.C Paver Blocks Near Main Bazar Lasi Goth and Adjacent Streets at Lassi Goth UC-04

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi, invites bids for the provision and laying of cement concrete (C.C) paver blocks near Main Bazar Lasi Goth and adjacent streets including Moula Bux Burfat Wali Gali, Sabir General Store Jani Phulpoto Wali Gali, Near Zarkoo Pathan Hotel, Raza Muhammad Burfat Wali Gali, Link Street Naveed Net Wala and Jameel Burfat Wali Gali at Lassi Goth UC-04. This project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling, earth excavation, carriage of materials, providing and laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, kerb stone installation, manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers, and shifting and fixing of damaged manhole components. The estimated cost of the project is bold PKR 9,440,350 with a bid security of 2% of the bid price and a tender cost of PKR 5,000. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, have valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and professional tax. Experience of at least five years with similar works is required, including at least one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit their bids online through the SPPRA e-procurement portal by 10:30 AM on 29-06-2026. The bids will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi. It is advised that bidders carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required documents including bid security and tender fee are attached. Partial bids will be rejected. Bidders should also ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
