Laying of Forcemain from Nishter Colony Disposal Station upto Dullu Khurd Ferozpur Lahore

Water And Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites sealed bids from Suppliers, Contractors, and Companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid PEC license category C-3 or above specialized in CE-09 & CE-10, and registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN for the work titled 'Laying of Forcemain from Nishter Colony Disposal Station upto Dullu Khurd Ferozpur Lahore'. Items being procured: - Laying of Forcemain pipeline from Nishter Colony Disposal Station to Dullu Khurd Ferozpur Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA websites. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes. Technical bids must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System by 13-10-2026 before 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. A digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 23,338,010/- in favor of WASA Lahore is required and must be verifiable on Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a performance security of 10% of the accepted tender price. No cutting or amendment in bids through electronic system is allowed. No telephonic or conditional tenders without earnest money will be entertained. Detailed information and scope of work can be obtained from the office of the Xen (O&M-I) Nishter Town during office hours. Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules. Current PPRA rules apply strictly. Bids found corrupt, unreadable, or containing viruses on Punjab e-Procurement System will be rejected as per Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35. Bidders must upload PDF files on Punjab e-Procurement System as per Regulation-6(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. Bids will remain valid for 120 days.
