Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in all kinds of soils including trimming and dressing sides, levelling beds, cutting joint holes, and disposal of surplus earth (8800 Cft) - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings for non-vehicular traffic with lift up to 5 ft and lead up to one chain - Providing and laying General RCC pipes with rubber ring joints and fittings, including cutting, fitting, jointing, and water pressure testing (24" Dia, 550 Rft) - Refilling excavated material in trenches in 6" thick layers with watering and ramming for full compaction (7920 Cft) - Construction of manholes or inspection chambers of 21" dia upper and bottom 4 ft dia and depth 3.5 ft with C.C 1:2:4 walls, 7" thick over bed 1:4:8 C.C 5" thick, including steel fabrication and excavation (15 Nos) - Manufacturing and supplying RCC ring slabs 21" inside dia, 36" outside dia, 7.5" width, 6" thick with embedded steel bars and CI frame including transportation (15 Nos) - Manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers cast in 1:2:4 cement concrete ratio, reinforced with tor steel bars and MS plate with hooks including compacting, curing, and transportation (15 Nos) - Add or deduct for depth of manhole above or beyond 4.5 ft (15.3 Rft) The technical scope covers excavation, pipe laying, manhole construction, and refilling works executed with high-quality materials and workmanship as per specifications. The site is located near the Main National Highway Road near Benazir, Karachi. The contract duration is 90 days from the written order to commence work. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over the last 3 years, valid professional tax certificate, electrical and mechanical licenses, and no blacklisting.
