Tender Description
The Assistant Director Local Government Sohbatpur invites sealed percentage rate tenders based on the composite schedule of rate 2026, Government of Balochistan amended up-to date from interested contractors/firms for important civil and solar works in Sohbatpur district. Items being procured:
- Laying of Tuff Tile, Side Drain and Supply of Home Solar System in Municipal Area District Sohbatpur
- Laying of Tuff Tiles, Side Drain and Supply of Home Solar System in Sohbatpur City Area District Sohbatpur
The works involve laying durable tuff tiles and constructing side drains along with the supply and installation of home solar systems, ensuring improved infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions in the municipal and city areas of Sohbatpur. The projects require experienced contractors with a proven track record in similar assignments.
Eligibility criteria include completion of at least 3 assignments of similar nature in the last 3 years, a minimum turnover of PKR 3.30 Hundred Thousand in the last three years, and valid registration with relevant taxation departments. Bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee as specified. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Sohbatpur upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1500, or downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk.
Issuance of tender documents is open from the date of publication until 23 September 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 23 September 2026 by 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Tender opening will be conducted on the EPPS platform. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
