The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites sealed bids through auction for leasing various amusement items at different parks under its management in Lahore. This lease is for a period of three (03) years, extendable for a similar term. Interested parties with relevant experience and valid NTN (active filers) are encouraged to participate. Items being procured: - 4 nos of Paddle Boats at Greater Iqbal Park - 2 nos of Motor Boats at Greater Iqbal Park - 4 nos of Paddle Boats at Jillani Park - 2 nos of Motor Boats at Jillani Park - 4 nos of Golf Carts at Greater Iqbal Park - 2 nos of Golf Carts at Jillani Park - 4 nos of Buggis with 8 horses at Greater Iqbal Park - Two (02) Sets of Jumping Castle at Gulshan-E-Iqbal Park - Photography Right at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park The scope covers leasing of amusement equipment across multiple parks including Greater Iqbal Park, Jillani Park, and Gulshan-E-Iqbal Park in Lahore. The lease includes boating facilities, golf carts, buggy services with horses, jumping castles, and photography rights. Bidders must submit technical proposals including company profile, experience details, tax registration, and financial worth documentation. Bid security (CDR/Pay Order) must accompany the technical proposal, with a copy submitted with the financial proposal. Eligibility requires relevant experience in amusement services, NTN registration, and active tax filing status. The auction will be conducted on a single-stage two-envelope basis. Technical proposals will be opened on 30/07/2026 at 12:30 PM at the office of Additional Managing Director, HAL, in the presence of the Evaluation Committee and bidders’ representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The deadline for submission is 30/07/2026 by 12:00 PM at the office of Director Coordination, HAL, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Interested bidders should obtain bidding documents for Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) from the office of the undersigned during office hours after publication.
