LEASE: Accompanied Baggage Wrapping Facility Concession at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease concession of the Accompanied Baggage Wrapping Facility at Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar. This opportunity is open to registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The concession period is five (05) years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. The reserve price for the concession is **PKR 1,502,000**. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Items/lot involved: - Accompanied Baggage Wrapping Facility concession at Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar The concession includes the right to operate the baggage wrapping service inside the international and domestic areas of the airport. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked, and placed together in one envelope. The bids must be dropped in the designated tender box at the office of the Airport Manager/COO, BKIAP, Peshawar by the deadline. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Eligibility requires NTN certificate, CNIC copy, and payment of Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable tender fee via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Advance income tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The last date for submission and opening of bids is **15th October 2026** at 1100 hrs and 1130 hrs respectively.
