AUCTION: General Bus Stand and Adda Chotya Bar Fee Collection Rights 2026-27

Tehsil Municipal Administration Sharaqpur Sharif District Sheikhupura invites bids for the e-auction of fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is being conducted through the online portal https://cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk. Interested parties can participate in the auction for the following properties: - General Bus Stand Sharaqpur Sharif (Reserve Price: Rs. 400000, Auction Period: 20 October 2026 to 30 June 2027) - Adda Chotya Bar Fee Collection (Reserve Price: Rs. 180000, Auction Period: 20 October 2026 to 30 June 2027) Both lots are being offered for the upcoming financial year, and the successful bidders will be granted the right to collect fees from the respective locations. The auction will be held online on 12, 13, and 14 October 2026, starting at 4:00 PM each day. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 5% of the reserve price in the form of CDR or pay order in favor of TMA Sharaqpur Sharif. Registration and bid submission must be completed through the CFMS portal before the auction date.
