AUCTION: Chhoti Bar General Bus Stand, Chhoti Bar Cattle Market, Chhoti Bar TMA Shop Lease Rights 2026-27

Tehsil Municipal Administration Chhoti Bar District Dera Ghazi Khan invites interested parties to participate in the E-Auction for lease rights of various municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted online through the Local Government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa portal (www.lgkp.gov.pk) and the CFMIS portal (cfmis.lcbkp.gov.pk). The assets being auctioned are as follows: - General Bus Stand Chhoti Bar (Reserve Price: Rs. 59,000) - Cattle Market Chhoti Bar (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,000) - TMA Shops Chhoti Bar (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,70,000) The auction process will be held on 22 and 23 October 2026, with online bidding available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Interested bidders must deposit earnest money equivalent to 15% of the reserve price for each asset they wish to bid on, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of TMA Chhoti Bar. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of their CDRs and relevant documents to the E-Auction portal before participating. The successful bidder will be required to pay 25% of the bid amount within three days of the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per TMA rules. Eligibility criteria include compliance with all TMA regulations, timely submission of earnest money, and provision of valid CNIC and other required documents.
