LEASE: Commercial Land 4 Kanals at Peshawar Economic Zone Hayatabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites sealed bids from individuals, firms, or companies for the lease of a commercial plot through auction under a single-stage one-envelope procedure. The lease is for commercial activities on a premium plus rental basis located at Peshawar Economic Zone, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The initial lease period is 30 years, extendable as per prevailing KPEZDMC rules. Items being auctioned: - Commercial Land 4 Kanals (21,780 Sq.ft) The premium amount is PKR. 120,000,000 (one-time payment) with a monthly rental reserve price of PKR. 2,222,222 exclusive of taxes. A refundable call deposit of 5% of the quoted price is required. The auction will be conducted under the Premium Plus Rental Mode. Detailed terms, conditions, premium payment structure, rental mechanism, and other requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Interested bidders can collect bid solicitation documents from the Head Office or Peshawar Economic Zone Office upon payment of PKR. 3,000 (non-refundable) as call deposit in the name of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company during office hours. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Head Office of KPEZDMC, Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar-25000 by or before 12:00 PM on 17 November 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. KPEZDMC will not entertain any bids after the submission deadline due to delays caused by courier or postal services. Other terms and conditions are detailed in the bid solicitation documents. KPEZDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or auction proceedings as per prevailing KPPRA rules.
