LEASE: Establishment and Operations of E-Business Centre at Faisalabad International Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of the establishment and operations of an E-Business Centre at Faisalabad International Airport (FIAP). This concession is offered for a period of five (05) years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price for the concession is set at Rs. 35,140. Only bids exceeding this reserve price will be entertained. Items being leased: - Establishment and Operations of E-Business Centre at Faisalabad International Airport The lease involves operating a business centre within the airport premises, specifically at the Concourse Hall of FIAP Faisalabad. The concessionaire will be responsible for all operational aspects during the license period. Interested parties must have relevant experience, a good reputation, and sound financial background to qualify. Eligibility criteria include submission of a written request with a copy of CNIC and NTN Certificate, along with payment of Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender documents consist of separate Technical and Financial offers, each sealed and clearly marked, to be submitted in one envelope. The submission deadline and opening date are both on 28th October 2026, with technical bids opened half an hour after the closing time in the presence of bidders. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are ineligible. Fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without liability. Bids must be dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, FIAP Faisalabad by the specified deadline. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted.
