Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites sealed bids for the auction of the Airport Taxi and Cab Service Concession at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This opportunity is for the establishment and operation of an Airport Taxi/Cab Service at Counter No. 02 under KCL Shed at Level-1, along with two counters and a measuring cabin at the Domestic and International Arrival Lounges of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP, Karachi.
Items being auctioned:
- Establish and Operate Airport Taxi/Cab Service/Counter No. 02 under KCL Shed at Level-1 along with 02 Counters and one measuring cabin (01 each) at Domestic and International Arrival Lounges of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP, Karachi (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,942,065 per month; License Period: Five years or till the operation of the Airport, whichever is earlier)
The technical scope includes the provision of reliable taxi and cab services for arriving passengers, with counters strategically located at both domestic and international arrival lounges. The successful bidder will be responsible for the setup, operation, and management of the taxi/cab counters and associated facilities as per PCAA requirements.
Eligible bidders must ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and demonstrate experience in operating similar services. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are as per the tender document. The last date for purchase of tender documents is 21-10-2026, and the non-refundable tender fee is Rs. 5,000. Bids must be submitted by 22-10-2026 at 1500 hours at the Main Room No. 6035, Conference Room, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. The auction will be opened the same day at 1530 hours at the same venue.
