AUCTION: Monthly Rent of 02 Container Canteens at Shauda Park, Talagang Road, Chakwal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Chakwal invites experienced and registered food business persons to participate in the auction for the monthly rent of 02 container canteens located at Shauda Park, opposite General Bus Stand, Talagang Road, Chakwal. The auction is conducted under the Punjab Local Government (Property Rules 2018) and PLGA, 2025 for a period of 10 years at the Jinnah Hall, Office of the Municipal Committee Chakwal on 13th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon. The reserved price is fixed at Rs. 18,000/- per month for each canteen. Items being auctioned: - 02 Container Canteens with sitting arrangements situated in Shauda Park, opposite General Bus Stand, Talagang Road, Chakwal The auction terms and conditions can be obtained from the Municipal Committee Chakwal during office hours from the Revenue Branch. Only persons with experience and registration in the food business can participate by submitting a security deposit of Rs. 2,00,000/- in the form of a pay order along with a copy of their CNIC and registration certificate. No individual is allowed to participate without these documents. In case of bid increase, the security deposit will also increase accordingly. The Auction Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The Municipal Committee Chakwal will not utilize the income from the monthly rent for any commercial activities. The income will be used solely for the development of Shauda Park to provide better recreational facilities and a clean, green environment for the citizens of Chakwal. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their security deposits and documents in advance to avoid last-minute issues and ensure timely participation in the auction.
