LEASE: Giraffe Café Operations at Safari Zoo Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The **Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department**, Government of the Punjab, through the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Safari Zoo Lahore, invites eligible companies registered with SECP and registered local partnership firms to participate as single entities, not consortia, for the lease of Giraffe Café at Safari Zoo, Lahore. The lessee will conduct commercial café activities at the zoo under the requirements of the RFP. Mandatory lot: Single Lot — operation, management, maintenance, upkeep and commercial operation of the Giraffe Café at Safari Zoo, Lahore. The lease period is three years from the date of signing of the lease deed, with a possible further extension of two years at the sole discretion of the Department. Interested parties must purchase the RFP by submitting a written request at the designated office. The Department will issue a bank challan for **PKR 10,000**, and the original paid challan must be submitted before the RFP is issued. Each bidder must submit one technical proposal in a sealed envelope, consisting of one original, two hard copies and one soft copy on USB. A bid security of **PKR 70,000** is required in the form of an irrevocable, unconditional and demand bank guarantee or CDR, prepared according to the RFP. The notice requires SECP registration and local partnership registration; no separate ATL requirement is expressly stated, so bidders should verify the RFP before submission. The RFP launch date is **05 August 2026**, the pre-bid meeting is scheduled for **13 August 2026**, and technical proposals must be submitted by **20 August 2026 at 1300 hours PST**. Proposals must be delivered to the Office of the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Safari Zoo Lahore, Raiwind Road, Lahore. They will be opened the same day at 1300 hours in the presence of bidders or authorised representatives.
